The “Destination Maldives Guide” is a magazine published annually since 2002 by Maldives Marketing and PR Corporation (MMPRC) and Ministry of Tourism Development. The magazine, which had been published annually for the past 14 years, has played a prominent role in boosting the country’s tourism sector. Serving as guidebook for tourists visiting the country as well as for travel agencies and tour operators, the magazine highlights the trending places and activities in the Maldives, and is distributed during tourism fairs, road shows and all other such events.

Destination Maldives Guide is a magazine targeted to tourists and other foreigners that contains information regarding the Maldives.
The magazine is around 130 pages and published in 10 languages.
Translation English to English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Turkish, Japanese and Chinese.
At a special ceremony at Hotel Jen (city name) the guide was launched by the Deputy Minister at the Tourism Ministry, Hussain Liraar. Key speaker at the ceremony , Deputy Minister Hussain Liraar, said that tourism industry is linked to the people of Maldives and every ripple in the industry affects the economy of the country and the lives of the people.
